This pickleball session will be an introduction to pickleball.  It will include how to hold the paddle, the dimensions of the court, as well everything you need to know about the “kitchen” and “dinking”.

Those that have an interest in taking the next step will be offered a free beginner’s class in the very near future.

Equipment needed:  Please wear court or tennis shoes as well as work out clothes.  This can be shorts, sweatpants, yoga pants and a t -shirt.

You don’t need to purchase a pickleball paddle, however if you can borrow one, please do so.  We will have several that you can use for the session.

This will not be an intense workout session, however you should be able to swing a paddle and move from side to side and forward a few steps.
