Thank you for your interest in reserving a room at Community United Methodist Church. The PDF below can be used to reserve any space (Multi-Ministry Room (MMR), Fellowship Hall, Patterson Parlor, classroom, Ministry House, etc.)
**Please Note** We are expanding our church building! As we make plans, we are unsure how our existing space (both our building and parking lot) will be used in the short term. As a result, we cannot consider non-ministry events that take place after June 1 until June 1. You are still welcome to submit items for consideration, but please know we cannot make a decision about non-ministry events until June 1. Thank you for understanding!
To reserve a room, please follow these instructions:
1. Check the church’s calendar to see if the room you’d like to reserve is available.
2. If you’d like to reserve a room, please read and complete the PDF below. This is a fillable PDF. You can click the BLUE fields that are appropriate to your request and fill in the information.
3. Save a copy for yourself, and email a copy as an attachment to Community Church’s Facility Manager Deb MacAllister at email@example.com. You can also drop off a paper copy to the church office. If you have any questions, you can contact Deb MacAllister at 724-744-3413. You will receive follow up from Deb MacAllister as to whether your request was approved or denied.
